We want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return your item within 90 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided it is in its original packaging.
How long does shipping take for customized dolls?
Customized 'Create Your Own' dolls require additional time for assembly. Please allow 3-5 weeks for these unique items to be crafted and shipped to your doorstep.
Do you offer a repair service for well-loved dolls?
Yes, our world-famous Doll Hospital can repair skin marks, tangled hair, or broken limbs to help your doll look brand new again.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I track my order once it has shipped?
